Each player may hold only one atas66 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Violation may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

Collusion, cheating, use of automated software or bots, arbitrage betting, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. atas66 may void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.

By accessing the atas66 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the atas66 Platform and refrain from registering or placing any Wager.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and atas66. atas66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To register an Account and use the atas66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
atas66 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to pass verification will result in suspension of withdrawal access pending resolution.
Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the atas66 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for notifying atas66 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. atas66 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. atas66 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
atas66 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where atas66 has reason to believe that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
Deposits. All deposits to the atas66 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
atas66 does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in the Member's verified name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. atas66 reserves the right to request identity documentation (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing times are displayed in the cashier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review. atas66 may suspend or delay processing of a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Where a withdrawal is declined following investigation, the relevant Funds shall be handled in accordance with atas66's compliance obligations.
atas66 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to Members; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which atas66 is not responsible.
atas66 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback arrangements, and other incentives to Members. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts, which are communicated at the point of offer.
Bonus Funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds (or a combination of Bonus Funds and real money, as specified) before a withdrawal can be requested. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type.

All games available on the atas66 Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of an individual game, these Terms shall prevail.
atas66 operates live casino, RNG table games, slots, sportsbook, and crash game products. For live dealer games, the outcome as determined by the physical dealing or mechanical action of the game constitutes the official result. For RNG games, the outcome generated by the certified random number generator constitutes the official result.
Bets accepted and confirmed by the atas66 Platform are binding. Bets placed in error — including stakes placed on incorrect selections, at incorrect odds, or exceeding intended amounts — cannot be reversed after confirmation, except where a manifest error by atas66 is established.
atas66 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or external disruption has materially affected the game outcome. In such circumstances, affected stakes will be returned to Members' Accounts.
Winnings are credited to your Account in MYR promptly upon settlement. For sportsbook bets, settlement occurs in accordance with the published rules for each sport and market, as displayed in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atas66 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of Funds pending investigation:
All content on the atas66 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and databases — is the exclusive property of atas66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of atas66.
The atas66 name, logo, and brand identifiers are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of atas66's trademarks is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atas66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
atas66's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
atas66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability, and atas66 shall not be liable for losses attributable to such unavailability.
Members participate in all games and place all bets at their own risk. Gaming is a form of entertainment; winnings are not guaranteed.
atas66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
atas66 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Member personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between Members and the Platform is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
atas66 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers where necessary to deliver Platform functionality (including payment processors and game providers), and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

atas66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.
Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting atas66 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
atas66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is each Member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Material changes to the Terms will be notified to Members via the email address registered to their Account prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact atas66 support to request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which atas66 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through atas66's internal complaints procedure.
Internal Complaints. Complaints may be submitted by contacting atas66 customer support at [email protected]. atas66 will acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days.
Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by atas66's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from atas66 customer support on request.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
